The International Scholars Program is looking to hire 3 sales and marketing officers to join our vibrant team based in Meru, Kenya. The individuals should be highly motivated and passionate about sales and marketing. The individuals should have a strong background in sales and marketing. This role is crucial in building customer loyalty and enhancing the company's reputation by delivering a positive customer experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.  Make outbound calls to leads by engaging them on the services offered by the International Scholars Program.
2. Answer inbound calls assisting clients with inquiries about the program.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints and queries or escalate with the appropriate department if necessary.
4. Maintain logs of all calls made, complaints and inquiries.
5. Maintain and updates customer records accurately.
6. Provide accurate information to clients about The International Scholars Program.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.

Good communication skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism when handling clients.
